So far we've only had 2 diaper blowouts. The first was last weekend right before we were heading out (thank god it happened at home and not when we were already out). The poop came up the back of her diaper and got all over her back and on her onesie. At the time we thought it was pretty bad, but still funny nonetheless. We gave Piper a quick bath, a new outfit, and we were ready to go.
The second blowout came tonight. While we were eating dinner and Piper was sitting in her bouncy chair we heard two rather large farts come from our darling little angel. Turns out they weren't so much farts as they were sharts! When we picked her up she was covered in poop... it was everywhere... down her leg, up her back, and in a puddle on the chair. When Jason picked her up, he accidentally dipped her foot in the puddle of poop, soaking her sock. Even though he tried, as carefully as he could, to take undress her without getting poop everywhere when he took off her sock the poop splattered up on his shirt and into his eye.
Now I know I probably shouldn't have laughed, considering how grossed he was, but oh my god... this was the funniest thing that has happened yet. Seriously, who knew poop could be so funny?!?
